Getir is a leading delivery service in Turkey. With the mission to bring happiness by delivering thousands of everyday items within minutes in day or night. To deliver more happiness on a larger scale, Getir always tries to improve and deliver the best experience for the customers.

As a product designer candidate, I got a challenge to design a brand new experience delivery service through Getir mobile apps. The focus and crucial part of this challenge is how to design payment flow and the vehicle delivery process. To finish this challenge, I did several steps in terms of discovering current experience and get insight for the ideation phase. Here's my process.

Step 1 - Discover

At this phase, I tried to discover Getir product, service, and experience through the web app and mobile app. To get more comprehensive insight from a user perspective, I did user research with the following methodology

User Interview

By conducting user interviews, I aimed to understand what user needs, pain points, opinions, and goals are in terms of using delivery-service apps. Also, I tried to empathize with the user and get to know about their problem while using delivery services or apps.

Usability Testing

At this phase, I aimed to see how easy customers use the apps. A customer asked to complete tasks, and during these activities, I tried to figure out the challenge that they face and get more insight into more specific experiences.
